Blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel exclusive to ARCOS, with superior hardness, durability and cutting effectiveness. Water-resistant edge for intensive use.

Pivot shaft is strategically positioned separate from the handles to multiply the force while enhancing precision and stability, of the cut.

Ergonomic Polypropylene (PP) handle is highly resistant to impact, abrasion, solvents, and withstands temperatures up to 120°C.

Special injection moulding process ensures a seamless joint between blade and handle.

Handle is also Bactiproof Silver® treated to reduce proliferation of fungi and bacteria by 99.9%.
