ARCOS PROCHEF Series Detachable Kitchen Scissors 215mm

The Prochef series consists of a set of kitchen scissors designed for both professional and domestic use – essential for cutting meats and separating food. Also useful for cutting  packages, breaking bones and even uncorking soft drinks.

Stainless steel blades with silk edge and curved design. They are tested for precision and fine cutting.

The left handle has a parrot’s beak tip for removing glass bottle caps.

Semi-round handles and a bone-breaking saw design.

Handles are made of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene or ABS, a shock and heat resistant synthetic, which is widely used in highly engineered tools.
