These are for separating, cutting and boning meat different types of meat cuts – cartilage and fillets

Blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel exclusive to ARCOS, with superior hardness, durability and cutting effectiveness.

Adequate pivot shaft strategically positioned separate from the handles – ensuring precision cuts with a multiplied cutting force.

Ergonomic Polypropylene (PP) handle is highly resistant to impact, abrasion, solvents, and withstands temperatures up to 120°C.
