Description
The Prochef series consists of a set of kitchen scissors designed for both professional and domestic use – essential for cutting meats and separating food.
Blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel exclusive to ARCOS, with superior hardness, durability and cutting effectiveness.
Adequate pivot shaft strategically positioned separate from the handles- ensuring precision cuts with a multiplied cutting force.
Ergonomic Polypropylene (PP) handle is highly resistant to impact, abrasion, solvents, and withstands temperatures up to 120°C.
