ARCOS PROCHEF Series ABS Kitchen Scissors 210mm

The Prochef series consists of a set of kitchen scissors.

These are normally used to cut and separate meat, bones and different food surfaces.

Blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel exclusive to ARCOS, with superior hardness, durability and cutting effectiveness.

Pivot shaft is strategically positioned separate from the handles to multiply the force while enhancing precision and stability of the cut.

Ergonomic ABS handle is highly resistant to impact, abrasion, solvents and heat.

Special injection moulding process ensures a seamless joint between blade and handle.

Handle is also Bactiproof Silver® treated to reduce proliferation of fungi and bacteria by 99.9%.
