Pastry brushes are essential for evenly coating pastries with egg wash, creating a golden-brown and glossy crust. Also applying glazes to cakes, tarts and other pastries for added flavor and shine. Can also be used for spreading sauces, marinades or oils on meats and other foods. 

Polypropylene (PP) material is highly resistant to impact, abrasion, solvents and keeps the brush clean and free from bacterial growth.

Withstands temperatures up to 120°C.
