Description
The ARCOS NOVA Series has a contemporary, ergonomic handle that confers distinction and lightness.
These knives are designed for precision tasks like peeling, turning and shaping fruits and vegetables, and perfect for intricate tasks like removing seeds, deveining shrimp or coring tomatoes. Its curved blade allows efficient work on curved surfaces and detailed cuts.
NITRUM® stainless steel exclusive to ARCOS, with superior hardness, durability and cutting effectiveness.
PP handle is highly resistant to impact, abrasion, solvents, and withstands temperatures up to 120°C.
Special injection moulding process ensures a seamless joint between blade and handle.
Handle is also Bactiproof Silver® treated to reduce proliferation of fungi and bacteria by 99.9%.
