Description
The ARCOS NOVA Series has a contemporary, ergonomic handle that confers distinction and lightness.
Primarily used for cutting, cleaning and peeling of fruits and vegetables. The pointed tip and sharp edge are perfect for removing the skin from fruits and vegetables like apples, potatoes, and carrots. Also excels at making precise cuts on smaller items, such as slicing cherry tomatoes, mincing garlic or shallots or removing seeds from peppers.
NITRUM® stainless steel exclusive to ARCOS, with superior hardness, durability and cutting effectiveness.
PP handle is highly resistant to impact, abrasion, solvents, and withstands temperatures up to 120°C.
Special injection moulding process ensures a seamless joint between blade and handle.
Handle is also Bactiproof Silver® treated to reduce proliferation of fungi and bacteria by 99.9%.
