Description
The ARCOS NOVA Series has a contemporary, ergonomic handle that confers distinction and lightness.
A versatile knife for various tasks, particularly peeling, coring, trimming fruits and vegetables and even deveining shrimp. The serrated blade is effective for slicing foods with tough or slippery skins, like tomatoes or sausages.
NITRUM® stainless steel exclusive to ARCOS, with superior hardness, durability and cutting effectiveness.
PP handle is highly resistant to impact, abrasion, solvents, and withstands temperatures up to 120°C.
Special injection moulding process ensures a seamless joint between blade and handle.
Handle is also Bactiproof Silver® treated to reduce proliferation of fungi and bacteria by 99.9%.
