A versatile tool designed for cutting and serving cheese. Serrated edge prevents sticking and ensures clean and precise cuts through different cheese textures.
NITRUM® stainless steel exclusive to ARCOS, with superior hardness, durability and cutting effectiveness.
PP handle is highly resistant to impact, abrasion, solvents, and withstands temperatures up to 120°C.
Special injection moulding process ensures a seamless joint between blade and handle.
Handle is also Bactiproof Silver® treated to reduce proliferation of fungi and bacteria by 99.9%.
