A multi-purpose knife for cutting soft and hard cheeses, including those with a tendency to stick to the blade. Also suitable for general paring work. Its curved, offset design makes it versatile for different cutting styles.

Made with NITRUM® stainless steel exclusive to ARCOS, with superior hardness, durability and cutting effectiveness.

PP handle is highly resistant to impact, abrasion, solvents, and withstands temperatures up to 120°C.

Special injection moulding process ensures a seamless joint between blade and handle.

Handle is also Bactiproof Silver® treated to reduce proliferation of fungi and bacteria by 99.9%.
