ARCOS NIZA Series SS Bread Knife 200mm

Simplicity and efficiency come together in the NIZA series, ideal for the daily use.

Primarily for cutting bread, but its uses extend to other items with a crust and soft interior. The serrations help to grip the food and provide a clean cut, without crushing or tearing, suitable for items with a hard exterior and soft interior, like tomatoes or melons.  

Made with NITRUM® stainless steel exclusive to ARCOS, with superior hardness, durability and cutting effectiveness.

PP handle is highly resistant to impact, abrasion, solvents, and withstands temperatures up to 120°C.
