ARCOS LATINA Series SS Cheese Knife 105mm

Designed for cutting and serving various types of cheese, especially those that are hard or semi-hard.

Features a serrated blade for precise slicing and a forked tip for serving. The design prevents cheese from sticking to the blade during cutting, and the forked tip allows easy transfer of slices to a plate or cracker. 

NITRUM® stainless steel exclusive to ARCOS, with superior hardness, durability and cutting effectiveness.

Handle is stainless steel-rivetted, resin-laminated compressed wood.

Lightweight (42g). Total length 200mm.
