Description

The Origin Ovangkol / Micarta Series Steak Knives are designed in the classic shape of a pocketknife and used for slicing cooked meat, especially steaks, at the dining table. 

Blade made of NITRUM® stainless steel exclusive to ARCOS, with superior hardness, durability and cutting effectiveness.

Ovangkol handle (373700)  is securely rivetted to the blade, highly resistant to impact, abrasion, solvents, and withstands high temperatures.

Blue and beige handles (373723 and 373728) are made from a combination of resin with pressed cloth called micarta, which is rigid and non-corrosive.

The ARCOS Origin series offers a refined aesthetic, suitable for both casual and formal dining settings.
