ARCOS Manual Knife Sharpener w/Handle

The ARCOS manual knife sharpener with two wheels, model 610600, is designed to restore the sharpness of dull knives using a two-stage process.

It utilizes ceramic and tungsten carbide wheels or rollers to sharpen and hone knife blades. The coarse slot with tungsten carbide wheels prepares the edge, while the fine slot with ceramic wheels hones it to a razor-sharp finish.

This process enhances cutting precision and safety by ensuring knives are sharp and less prone to slipping.
