Fingers have a stop to improve the cutting process, and are designed with a semi-round neck and small bevels that form a bone-breaking saw.

Polypropylene (PP) handle is highly resistant to impact, abrasion, solvents, and withstands temperatures up to 120°C.

Beyond food preparation, they can also be used for tasks like opening packages, cutting paper, and even breaking bones.
