Description

Designed for cutting and dividing cake bases, pastries and other baked goods, particularly those with a hard crust and soft interior. The serrated edge ensures clean, precise cuts without tearing or crumbling the crust and soft interior of loaves, like baguettes. 

NITRUM® stainless steel exclusive to ARCOS, with superior hardness, durability and cutting effectiveness.

Handle consists of a PP core coated with non-slip rubber.

Highly resistant to impact, abrasion, solvents, and withstands temperatures up to 120°C.

Special injection moulding process ensures a seamless joint between blade and handle.

Coloured cap allows colour-coding to maximise hygiene-sanitary control.
