Description
Used for removing bones, trimming fat and removing skin from meat and poultry. The thin, flexible blade ensures precise and efficient work, stripping bones from meat.
The ARCOS CLASSIC Series of Forged NITRUM® stainless steel exclusive to ARCOS, with superior hardness, durability and cutting effectiveness.
Polyoxymethylene (POM) handle has superior temperature resistance and is held to the blade by corrosion-resistant rivets.
The shorter 130mm knife is ideal for smaller cuts and intricate work, while the 160mm offers more reach and flexibility for larger cuts and tougher bones.
