The oval butcher steel allows you to sharpen and smooth the blades of your knives to return them to their original shape.

The steel is typically made of chrome-plated carbon steel, which provides excellent wear resistance and durability.

PP handle is non-slip, highly resistant to impact, abrasion, solvents, and withstands temperatures up to 120°C.
