ARCOS Sharpening Steel Diamond-Coated

Knives are subject to heavy wear and tear due to everyday use. The use of the knife sharpener (or honing steel) ensures an impeccable edge maintenance.

Diamond-coated, reinforced carbon steel, magnetised butcher steel for effective sharpening. The diamond coating helps remove small amounts of metal from the blade’s edge, effectively reshaping and sharpening it – useful for knives that have become dull from use.

Oval shape of the steel for increased surface area – enabling more efficient sharpening.

PP handle is non-slip, highly resistant to impact, abrasion, solvents, and withstands temperatures up to 120°C.

Primarily a sharpening tool, the diamond steel can also be used for honing, which is the process of realigning the blade’s edge.
