Description
The ARCOS 2900 Series is specifically engineered for the professional chef, with the prolonged and heavy demands of the commercial kitchen in mind.
Nitrum stainless steel exclusive to ARCOS, with superior hardness, durability and cutting effectiveness.
PP handle is highly resistant to impact, abrasion, solvents, and withstands temperatures up to 120C. Special injection moulding process ensures a seamless joint between blade and handle.
Handle is also Bactiproof Silver treated to reduce proliferation of fungi and bacteria by 99.9%.
