Description

The ARCOS 2900 Series is specifically engineered for the professional chef, with the prolonged and heavy demands of the commercial kitchen in mind.

Primarily designed for cutting, sectioning and slicing cake bases, particularly sponge cakes and other delicate baked goods. The serrated edge easily cuts through crusty bread and delicate pastries, like pies and tarts, without damaging the delicate crust or fillings. Its length ensures clean cuts through large loaves or layered cakes.

NITRUM® stainless steel exclusive to ARCOS, with superior hardness, durability and cutting effectiveness.

PP handle is highly resistant to impact, abrasion, solvents, and withstands temperatures up to 120°C.

The union between handle and blade is permanent thanks to the injection process with which they are joined.

Handle is also Bactiproof Silver® treated to reduce proliferation of fungi and bacteria by 99.9%.
