Description

The ARCOS 2900 Series is specifically engineered for the professional chef, with the prolonged and heavy demands of the commercial kitchen in mind.

For professional use in butchery and commercial kitchens, as well as for home cooks who frequently work with meat, such as steaks, roasts, and poultry. Used for cutting, slicing and boning various type of meat. The length and strength of this knife are ideal for separating meat from bones, including ribs, legs, and shoulders.

NITRUM® stainless steel exclusive to ARCOS, with superior hardness, durability and cutting effectiveness.

PP handle is highly resistant to impact, abrasion, solvents, and withstands temperatures up to 120°C.

The union between handle and blade is permanent thanks to the injection process with which they are joined.

Handle is also Bactiproof Silver® treated to reduce proliferation of fungi and bacteria by 99.9%.
