Description
The ARCOS 2900 Series is specifically engineered for the professional chef, with the prolonged and heavy demands of the commercial kitchen in mind.
Designed for precise deboning, trimming and slicing of meat and poultry. Slim, curved blade and sharp tip for efficient separation of bones and trimming of excess fat and connective tissue. Particularly suited for working around bones and joints.
NITRUM® stainless steel exclusive to ARCOS, with superior hardness, durability and cutting effectiveness.
PP handle is highly resistant to impact, abrasion, solvents, and withstands temperatures up to 120°C.
The union between handle and blade is permanent due to the injection process with which they are joined.
Handle is also Bactiproof Silver® treated to reduce proliferation of fungi and bacteria by 99.9%.
