ARAVEN Polyethylene Drain Tray

It is recommended that food should be thawed without its original packaging. To avoid cross-contamination of exudates during thawing, this ARAVEN drain tray should be used to ensure that liquids are kept separate from the thawing food.

Made of BPA-free Polyethylene with high impact resistance and excellent low temperature performance, from –40ºC to +90ºC.

Perforated plate used must be high enough to adapt to the bottom of the container, to keep the exudate separate from the food (such as meat and fish) during the thawing process.

Used with other components of the ARAVEN complete Defrost Kit.
