For storage of large-volume foods/fruits as the perforations allow air to circulate.

As part of a defrost kit, perforated base facilitates liquid release and drainage from food such as meat and fish during the thawing process.

Fits into a solid pan (models 01170 / 01171 / 01173 / 01183 – sold separately) for hygienic collection of the defrost liquid.
